ok im new to chipping.My budd ywants to learn to do it.So this prolly be a stupid ? but what kind of chips can i burn wit it.And how?

 

You can burn AMTEL and SST's. I think for SST's you will need an AC adapter also which you can get for cheap from Radio Shack for a few bucks.

You can get software for it at www.willem.org. It'll burn AMTEL's with no problem as-is. Somebody did a really nice writeup in the Engine Management forum about writing AMTELs. It's pretty easy. I've burned and reburned a bunch of AMTELs.

k so i can burn a chip to get my car to kick in v-tec at like 2,500rpm right?Like it will burn any chip for any car ?

 

I don't know why you'd want to do that but yeah sure you can do that.
