Default fired up the car today, need help?

Fired the the car up today, Its a 92 prelude with a 2.2l sohc. garret t-3 internal wastegate, dsm 450cc, fuel rail. s-afc. The a/f is in the green, but it revs up and dow from 1600rpm(green)to 700rpm ( flickers in the red). I have the boost gauge and bov on the same line, but the boost gauge reads vacc 20 no boost. No bov sound, There was two caps after the TB so I used one of those. I have 3 check valves I used the vaccum on the TB. I hooked the wastegate and the intake side of teh turbo and thats it. also The wastegate arm is really tight, you can't move by hand, should I line that up better so it moves by hand? heres my afc settings, this is all I have done to the afc. and other ideas on the afc thanks

let me make sure I'm with you... you're getting a fluctuating idle?
Do you hear any 'sucking' noises from under the hood?

Its usually a vacuum leak, but like my car is also doing the rev crap and its not vacuum... does yours eventually settle itself out?

What BOV are you using?

Have you drove it yet? Put your map sensor line back to stock, and see if that fixes your idle problem, maybe you installed something wrong. Just try to isolate your problem before you start changing random things.

The wastegate rod should be shut tight, and that isnt causing your problem.

ok I got the idle to to flatin out to 800 rpm. there was a vaccum that was off of the fuel reulater. I will take the check valve off to see if it helps. I have a turbo xs rfl bov. Iam going to see If i can aline the wastegate arm a little better. it seems to tight it don't move at all, If I take the arm off the flapper, it hangs and an inch and way from the flapper, so its like I force the rod back on and it don'e move, I let guys know whats happens next. is there other settings on my afc that should be set. thanks

IMO those settings are too lean for a 2.2L engine with turbo. I used those settings while N/A. Remember.. start off rich, then lean it out.. not the other way around.

What did you set your throttle crossover % to?

I changed the afc so it is running rich, I didn't set the throttle crossover, but is is low 10% hi 70%. and the boost gauge still reads vaccum 20, not boost.

You have change to your low and high throttle % to be consistent like 10%low 11%high or 69%low 70%high, otherwise in the 11% to 69% range your engines gonna be flooded with fuel cause there's no correction from the AFC. Probably 35%low and 36%high would be good since you are keeping seperate corrections for low and high throttle driving.
