You intercooler maybe leaking or your charge pipes somewhere

but at idle the gauge will read -20 you have to drive it to get boost. It won't give you boost while at idle. the higher the rpm the more boost...till your wastegate opens. Drive around don't drive like a sissy make some rpms go to redline.
drove the car on the street, to see how is going to run, it ran fine, smooth, I got on it threw 1st and 2nd. it had a little pull to it. but the gauge is at -20 at idle, and when I get on it the gauge just goes up to 0, How do i know how much boost iam running if the gauge only goes to 0? I have a garret t-3 with internal wastegate, how much boost does that put out stock, and how can i turn it up. not sure what car the turbo came off of.

if you're reading 0 boost then you have none

unless you are bleeding it off before it gets there lol

I did drive the car and it goes from -20 to 0,and I do feel the car pull, but when I put the boost gauge on the same line as the wastegate and intake side of the turbo it reads 5psi. so where should I tapp for the boost gauge. should I drive the car if I take that vaccum off the wastgate, and what should I look for as far as problems? thanks

you said you had boost gauge in the same vaccum line with the bov? uh.. maybe try to keep boost gauge to the intake manifold, and the bov seperate from boost gauge

Your running an internal wastegate and you have the lines for the boost guage and BOV? I didn't know that was possible. I would think you should have it close to the intake so it would read what the intake is seeing after the pressure loss of going through the whole intake/intercooler.

EDIT: Someone is selling an AFC for $210 shipped in classified.

hook it up this way...ditch the check valves first. line from compressor to wastegate only to control wastegate. t off the fpr for your boost and bov. make sure that they are individually going to the line that hooks to the fpr.

i have my boost gauge t'd off the fpr and then another t off fpr going to my btm. just before my btm i t'd off again for my bov mounted before fmic in the bumper. it works great that way. no check valves...just safc, resistor box, and 450cc dsm.

i was going to try setting my settings different like your's, but i have heard that the fuel maps are pretty much the same and if you set it at 98lo99hi with the same corrections for lo and hi the stock ecu makes the adjustments for you anyway. that's the route i ended up going and it seems to work like a champ.

good luck.
