need help installing the tranny back in
well it was pretty simple to take the tranny off. But it is a pain in the *** to install it back in. I tried for several hours to line the spline up to the disc. And tried bolting the bolts in but it just wont line up. Should i just line the spline up and just bolt the bolts back in? Any suggestion on how to install the tranny back in?
you didnt loosen the clutch bolts at all did u? if so you might need an alignment tool to align the clutch and flywheel.
otherwise try spinning the tranny a hair and wiggling it around to line up the splines on the inpit

i mean i got the spline to go in the disc a bit. but theres like 3 inch gap between the tranny and the block. I tried wiggling it in place but it wont go in any further. should i turn the spline a bit so it can line up with the disc? any suggestions what to do?
make sure the disk is centered.
WHile you are trying to wiggle it in have someone else push it into the engine from the side of the tranny.
Make sure no motor/tranny mount/ axle is on the way.
