Agreed, and it definately sounds like a clutch alignment problem, let me know if you need the tool man, ill send you one free of charge. if for some reason you know it is aligned, just keep wiggling and pushing forward, it will definately go in. Also check your dowel pins to make sure they are not bent or anything.

i know for sure the clutch disc and the pilot is align properly. I tried for 2-3 hrs but it just wont go in.

Mine's a bitch to go too... I've pulled it a dozen times and it practically falls off. Never wants to go back on. I can usually get the spline in place and thread one upper bolt to hold it in place. From there, I lay down next to my car and use my legs to push the tranny in place (since my legs are 2x as strong as my weak little arms). Retarded, but it usually works. Once you get it within about a inch or so, I just start using the bolts to pull it toegther. If you do that, just make sure you do them all evenly so the thing doesn't get pressed together crooked.
