Whats up guy's

I'm runing a dx mpfi conversion and i want to turbo it with a rhb5 turbo and everything else needed.

But one thing thats bothering me is that the turbo is set at 8psi and i want to bring it down to 5psi, Now how would i go about doing that?

And one more thing what about those sensors on the std honda manifold and the one on the turbo exaust housing?

i believe there is some way you can actually bend the wastegate that will lower the boost.
