i'm gonna install a t25 in my si with fmu,pump & 98 eclipse intercooler running 7 psi. later on i'm gonna install rods, pistons, afc, 450 dsm inj ,& block guard. after i build the internals, add the block guard & afc w/450 inj, can i turn up the boost to 12-15 psi? thanks

 

If its properly tuned, you probably could run 12psi.. I would stay away from a blockguard myself.

Those ------- things are bad. If you feel you really need one, you should just do it right and get the block sleeved. I know its expensive and all, but it is not worth using a blockguard with all of the negative side effects caused by them. I would say 12 psi is safe without it anyways. ----, I have been running 11 psi on my D15B7 with stock internals.

what manifold are you using to get a t25 on a b16 head? i'm running an identical setup, but had to get a flange stamped out for the exhaust flange and for the turbo, and am now trying to find piping to weld to get from A to B from the engine to the turbo.

any suggestions please?

i'm using an hks manifold but it's made for a nissan silvia t25, i'm using a t25 from a 98 eclipse & ima have a flange built so i could fit the t25 to the manifold
