so i drove like a maniac and spun around and hit into a curb.
it didn't even pop a tire or bend a rim, but the alignment of the wheels is off (no big deal, i just need an alignment). but the thing that bugs me is that the hood now doesn't sit right. the driver's side fits very very close to the fender, while the passenger side is far (about a half inch or so) from the fender. yeah, i know that i should get a pic posted up here, but maybe one of you HMT-ers has seen an issue like this and can give me some advice. i hate bodywork and it seems that a body shop will charge me an arm and a leg, but if i have to get the rex on a frame machine to get this issue straightened out, then i will.
help me out here.

sounds like a bent frame
where exactly did u hit the car

 

 

i think the back of the driver's side front wheel well hit the curb

 

 

so it can be straightened out if it is just tweaked a little, right?

get a frame chart for your car it's a chart that tells you haw far ever thang should be apart messure and it'll tell you if the frame is bent

 

Damn half an inch is a lot of room. This might not work if you really did bend the frame, but have you tried adjusting the hood latch?
