does water suppose to enter and exit the EACV? Or does air suppose to enter and exit? I think i might have hook it up wrong. I hooked it up from the connecting pipe to enter the EACV and exit to the idle control valve? Is this correct? I dont get why water got to pass through the EACV when the EACV is to control the Air, not water?

 

both pass through, but externally you only hook up the water.
it uses the water temp.

so the water hose from near the intake goes to your fiv, then iacv, then back to the water tube on the other side of the block?
