can i use a p28 ecu on a obd1 dohc zc

will i get a engine light when vtec is supposed to engage
looking to run uberdata, will a sohc si base map be ok

actually 92-93 was pr4
and 94-95 was P75

there are obd0 and obd1 pr4's... n i guess there's obd1 and obd2 p75. not tryin to get technical year range, jus stating what ive seen in car's my self.
