i have a 99 SI and i want to get some better fuel managment rather than my shitty FMU, does anyone have experiance with smc with ym engine, if so how much boost and what settings with 450cc dsm injectors.

 

not boosting yet, but it's working fine right now... running on stock injectors set at -14% throughout the powerband and runs like stock. soon to be installing my DSM injectors.

 

I know this is a dumb question but if your on your stock injectors they why are your moding the injector singal to -14%? shouldnt you have it set at 0?

i am pretty sure he jsut decided to run a little leaner than stock which is probably okay since stock settings are a little rich.

 

yeah that's why... my car runs rich right now with the stock injectors and i decided to lean it out a bit. but i actually richend it a bit from the 14% to 9% car feels a bit better around there w/ the stock injectors.
