d16a1 pg7 ecu succesfully chipped
went to meet my buddy at hondata last night round 11. got my hondata setup. wooohoo.
ont he other hand he chipped a pg7 and i tested it. it ran great witha pm6 rom.
these are the only ecus people leave in the j yard due to the fact that they cant be chipped. well now they can.

They've been able to be chipped... peopel don't do it because they A) Don't want to make the daughterboard, or B) Haven't found a direct 40-pin 8051 MCU that will run 0xA5 free code.
..junkyards around here charge the same for that generation ECU whether it's a PM6, PG7, PM5, PS9.. they're all worth $35. ::shrug::
