Default SMC or FMU or V-AFC

I dont know which management system to go with. Im using a T-25 on a d16y5 vtec-e. Which management should i go with and what all will i need with each?

Either of them will work, I would stay away from the FMU IMO.

Get an OBD2 to OBD1 conversion harness, Hondata s200 with boost option, datalogging, launch control, wot shift, and you should be set.



Oh, you wanted a realistic answer. I myself would use the V-AFC and stay the hell away from the fmu.

i read somewhere that smc wont work with obd2, and thast what i got.

SMC should work with OBD2, FWIW. It's not my favorite method, but it does work.

i emailed the lakeeffectperfomance.com peeps about th smc and they said it will work with my 99 si so i assume obd2 is okay, does anyone know where i can buy one cheap?
