anyone reccomend what rod i should u, what about arc? i have some rod for roll cages and tubular ---- or lol seems like arc would take its toll on this piece of ---- when u touched it.

 

hm.... just throw it away cus it will crack somewheres else. unless you can weld over the whole damn thing but then that would be a waste of time. just junk it and call its a loss.

 

it has to be rod made for bonding two differant metals together since the flanges are steel and the tubing is stainless. the rod i used is still holding but it was tigged. i will ask the guy that did mine to see how much he would charge to do another and if he has any of that rod left

 

just brace the ---- out of it and hope it doesn't crack.

 

i told you i'd make you one, but nooooooo, had to be a cheapass.

dont use arc man, go with a oxy/fuel torch with some stainless filler. your going to get hella slag and contamination with the stick on stainless.

 

Weld it, eBay it, and have 45psi make you another one.

 

its not mine its a friends i know they are a piece of ------- ---- i've had one b4 but it didnt crack on me, any manifold should be braced and welded good, ---- even my friends lovefab mani collector ------- split in 2 on I-82 on night go figure

 

Thats funny, none of the manifolds that I made ever cracked.
