FS:Locked up small 16g$75 shipped

I need this gone and i know someone on here can use it.A rebuild kit is roughly $100 on ebay.The compressor side is slightly polished.

Need more info. Have the wheels made contact w/the housings or the cartrige at all?

I couldnt tell you.the compressor wheel looks perfect to me.I kept the 7cm exhaust housing and the rest is there.
