ok guys.....

I need a adapter thing to convert a 2" pipe to 3"
maybe a funnel thing

2" inch pipe goes from engine to cat > to mid box > and then the converter sits inbetween and converts it to 2.5"
and goes to the exaust / muffler ...

does a thing like this exist ?

 

summit racing sells the made by hooker headers, I have an extra. $15 shipped, perfect transition from 2-3, slip on and weld

mine is a stock civic pipe.
so it is from that pipe to 2.5" exaust.
have u got a pic

 

put the big pipe over the small pipe
bang 4 sides of the pipe, tack weld, bang the rest down, finish welding

 

I bougth 2 for 15 bnes each at the local parts store. Just find a place that carrys dynomax exhaust. Actually mine were 2.5OD to 3"ID. they fit perfect over mine existing 2.25 exhuast.

 

either way summit sells them in all size, and maybe autozone.

are these just metal couplers? if so, when i did this i got mine at napa, of course i only needed like 2.25 inner dia to 2.25 outer dia..... and stuff like that, but if i remember right mine were like 2.99 each, i didn't remember seeing any above 5 or 6 bux, might want to look at napa
