I bought a set of blue to 450cc dsm injectors and the plastic black tops (the opposite of the blue end) are all cracked and chipped. Has this happened to anyone? will this make the injectors useless? I asked this on HT and some guy told me i can jsut remove the whole thing and it'll still be fine. is this so? THanks guys

Your talking about the little round plastic tip at the oposite end of the injector clip? Yes, if they are broken off or missing you will be fine running them without those. They are there to protect the pintle from any damage or dirt getting in, so try and keep them clean But, they will still fuction just fine.

 

same with my blue top's. the guard caps are missing all together when i got them, but they should still work all the same
