I got a z6 head off my buddies spun bearing z6. Everything looks good, Head saw VERY Reqular oil changes. Just the guy who had the car before changed the bottom end and I think he used a hammer and ratchet as a torque wrench.
Has all sensors, but is missing Dizzy(already sold) and fuel pressure regulator.

Sorry man can't do 140 shipped. Head weights about 60lbs and sipping is from Canada, so that makes a big impact in it.
