Well I might pick up this 92 civic that I'm pretty sure has a D15. I've only seen one write-up and that was Dr. Boost's, anybody have a link to it? I can't find it. Is there much of a difference from boosting a D15 or a D16? I'm talking about the non-vtec D16s. They put out almost the same power, and I shouldn't have any of that dual point injection crap to deal with. Tell me what you guys think, what I should look out for, etc. tell me anything you can!

Got it today, it's a DX. Man it runs just great. Only problem is it grinds sometimes when going into first, but I'll get used to driving it so it won't grind, not that hard. Has a new distributor, battery, brakes, and shocks. On with the pics:

Well the manifold doesn't look like an HF/STD so I'll probably have to get one of those and an adaptor plate for my T3. For some reason I thought all the D-series manifolds were HF/STD, guess I was just retarded. Next on the list is also a 5" JRC fmic

 

Tight. Can you give me some details on the setup/tuning you used?

 

Does anyone think a .48/.60 is just too big for this motor? Some have told me it is, some have told me it's not. I don't mind a little lag, as long as there is enough rpm left that I can actually use the boost.
