either head works well. Get what you can get your hands on.

 

B16 head, More flow for the VEEEEETEC YO.

 

I like the b16 head because it dosn't have the butterfly setup in the intake but they are both good, gsr is higher compression and better cams if your changing the intake mani then who cares Get whats cheeper you will be happy with both.
