Turbo rebuild/balance?

Just wondering if i rebuild my turbo do i need to balance it after, or does it not have any affect on it?
Any info appreciated!

If the shaft play isnt bad, you can do the marking fins and rebuild it. It wont be the best, but it will work stil...

How do i do this and which fins do i mark? How accurate is this?

Not to ask alot of dumb questions but i wana get this right the first time
