shyt man, battery or no battery, it still stores a charge internally... im talking hundreds of volts. Be careful out there

 

i've made one of these before....they are fun, you can't get hurt from it don't worry

thats the only way it will get a charge

 

jajogon, it's so you don't paralyze your hand for a few minutes at a time. I've got a few of these that I made when I was in high school. Fun to be had by all.

You can put the battery back later.

 

My friend accidentally discovered this because he works in a photo center. We probably shouldnt have tested it on drunk friends though, but good to know that it doesnt do any damage

EDIT I just watched the video, thats not how we do it. We just rip out the ciruit board with the battery still attached and theres 2 solder spots that will shock the ---- out of you if you touch both of them on your skin.

 

The ones I've seen won't shock you unless they actually penetrate the skin, which I wasn't about to try.

i didn't watch the video but we used 2 pieces of speaker wire with nails on the end and electrical tape to insulat

 

I used house wiring. I'll see if I can dig em out and get a pic.
