t3 on a std t25 motor

Default t3 on a std t25 motor

hi

im building a 2.0 xm 8v turbo motor on my 205 gti ..
it has std 160 hp

i think the turbo on it is standard a garrett25
what do you have to do and replace so you can get a bigger turbo (t3) on it?

injectors etc?

please give me some advice ..

if its a factory turbo car, you should be able to do an upgrade like a .42/.48 or even a little bigger t3 on the stock fuel system and boost a few more psi than stock as well on the stock fuel system, but you will need a new manifold that will bolt up to the new turbo and your motor....

oke i thought i would need a new exhaust manifold..

but do i need to increase the fuel when mounting a bigger turbo ?

any hints/tips are welcome!

You will need a new manifold, the t3 and the t25 have differant exhaust flanges, Put "attn of Dutchpug" in the title of your thread, he will definatly give you a answer, Hes the shyt with pugeot engines and turboing them!

Not to mention he's Dutch, all you'll need is an exhaust manifold. Maybe you could get an SAFC to turn up the fuel a little bit to compensate for the bigger turbo.

Yeah I know DutchPug personally...he's starting a business with another friend...Hit him up..he'll have what you need or you may do yourr own fabrication..
