H22 on P28 ecu...will IAB stay open?

Default H22 on P28 ecu...will IAB stay open?
Will the IAB's stay open if I run a P28 on a H22? or should I add the IAB components for it and remove the vacume line for it to stay open?

well you have to unplug the vacuum thats going to it so it'll stay open
