Putting B16 pistons in a B18B1 bottom end

Putting B16 pistons in a B18B1 bottom end

I was wondering can anyone tell me how to remove the rods from my ls pistons and then install them on the b16 pistons..sorry for the noob question but i generally just go aftermarket but a friend of mine wants to be difficult

with a press at a machine shop if they are stock rods

sometimes the pistons ---- up when they press them off

werd! tried that today with some extra pistons I had...
