I live in Greeley, Colorado.. the maximum HC ppm is 220... i have to get my car passing emissions by this thursday... I went to the emissions place and passes on everything cept the HC... at one point it was reading in the 900's...after messing with the vafc while getting it tested we got it down to 383... My car is a Honda Civic..with a t3 garrett turbo.running with a D16z6... I got it tuned and dyno'd...it runs totally fine...even though gas prices are ---- im running the best gas... at 2.45 a gallon..hehe you have 10 days to retest... i bought new spark plugs which should help a little... the old ones were black at the tips cause im running rich... what else can I do? I heard putting a few bottles of rubbing alcohol in a 1/4 full tank... but i dont know since I have a turbo..

any ideas anyone

 

i have herd the rubbing alc works, buy some ocatane booster, and change your oil, you should be str8
