i got 2 fuel pumps in my hand
I did a search and got mixed answers I have a walbro 190 lph & a 255lph which is the best to use? i will be doing a lot of city & highway driving and i dont want to go too big if its not nessecary because i heard too big of a pump will over-work the pump and cause failure my setup is a

I've never heard of "overworking" a 255lph pump on that type of setup. You have a return on your fuel system, so your pump does its thing, and whatever fuel isn't used goes right back in.
I have a 255 right now, I'm not going to be boosted for a few weeks, and it's working fine for me.
Someobody correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you'll have a problem with any of them.
