Internal wastegate with external wastegate?

Internal wastegate with external wastegate?
I was looking at turbos today and saw a t3 with an internal wastegate within my budget (as of now im just looking around at prices) Then I went to look for a manifold, but the manifolds I found all have a flange for an external wastegate. Would this turbo work with those manifolds?
