LS Turbo Install

I am trying to figure out if I am able to use my stock fuel pump with 450cc injectors. I will be using uber, and I dont want to run high boost, maybe just 8psi. I have a b18a1 and I will be using the 14b turbo. All I want is 200whp daily driver. Is it imperative that I get a walbro 255 or upgrade the fuel pump? thanks

stock pumps are fine at stock fuel pressure

I'm running the stock fuel pump with my LS turbo @ 9psi with 450cc injectors.

Upgrading a fuel pump is just insurance, the stock pump is just working harder and that's about it.

you can do it on a stock pump, but how much are walbro's now? you can get them for less than 100 shipped and they arent much more than a few harnesses to plug and some screws to remove. in my opinion, 100 bucks is not much to pay for added peace of mind from going lean
