What is it exactly..I did a search and came up with nothing,
Well the reason I am asking is because I made a MBC and it was working good when I 1 st put it on. Well since then I added about 2 foot hose so I could mount it futher away and adjust it easily. Well now it boost up and then goes down like 3 psi. Not sure if adding the hose made this problem or not?
I am not sure if boost spike is even related to this but I would like to know what it means anyways.

 

What type of turbo are you using? Boost creep is very common on mitsu turbo setups, the wastegate hole is just simply not big enough..

I consider boost spike when the boost spikes, and doesnt stop, like if you were to unplug your wastegate,

what you are describing sounds like boost creep.
