now that hes that low of compresson lets see what happens when he ups it to 18 psi.

I'm going the low-compression route except 1 cylinder at a time and not on purpose.

This test is worthless without more information. Eg what fuel he's running, ambient temperatures for both tests, engine temperatures for both tests, what equipment was used for testing and how many test runs were done for each combination.
There was very clearly a boost difference if that second picture is accurate.
