Well its happening again. I just got a call from my mother that my father screaming and cussing at her and that he was throwing ---- around. He has a serious anger problem. 3 years ago he attacked me and tried to choke me to death but my mother stopped him. I left thereafter and moved with a friend. I came back because he wanted to work things out and my mom wanted us to be a family once again. Now he starting this ---- all over again just because he feels he has a fucked up life. All my life my mother told me not to be like him not to get out of control. He keeps saying he diff now and thats he will never act like that but he always turns out this way, violent. Now he threating to hurt my mom if she doesn't leave. If he touches her im going to have to fight him. I dont know what will happen if it came down to that. I never felt like I had a real family. And I feel like this place is sort of a family to me. I know this might sound dumb to some because its just the internet but its really serious. I will not let him push us around because he thinks he can. I'm not going to be afraid of him. I just wanted you guys to know whats been going on right now. And thanks for leting me have a place I know I can call my family.

sounds like you need to go and protect your mom. someone would have to kill me before anyone ***** with my family.

Sorry to hear, but why don't yall tell him to move out or yall just move out for her safety. That would be on my mind whenever i leave home, that something could happen to my mom.

 

is this a step dad or real dad? Thats messed up mang... If he starts being ghey again maybe you should convince your mom to leave him... healthy relationships arent based on violence and anger.

 

if sit down and talk doesn`t work.
i wouldn`t just go ahead a fight with him.(as least not until it is life threating )
IMO family problem doesn`t work that way
once you guys are family, yall are always a family.

move out with your mom, leave him behind.
and NEVER look back again, it gives you and your mom a chance.
it also give your dad a chance to relized that what he`s done is really wrong.

The best thing to me is move out or tell him to move out. I don't know yall finances, but could yall afford to pack up an go. I agree kick the ---- out of him, but when ur gone to work/school what's going to happen to ur mom? It's time for yall to part ways from him.
