Turbo Saab prob

My dad's ride is an '89 9000, 5-speed turbo. The ---- is fun to drive and I have fun smoking ricers with it. Anyways, after a hard boost run when I'm slowing down, if I leave the car in neutral sometimes it will just die. Never happens when the car is in gear (thank god) but I'm just wondering if any of you have had problems like this before? If it is something related to the turbo system, or somethin else is completely fucked. Throw some ideas at me.

Do Saabs have the standard T3 flange? And I'm not gonna do this but kinda curious. Could I just bolt a T3/T4 on and will the stock computer be able to manage it without any other modifications?
saabs have a normal t3 flanch, although their o2 housing is alittle weird. you could bolt on a bigger turbo and just add a fmu or something like that. or you could simply add a boost controller and intake and exhaust and run some sick *** times
more air from the bigger turbo means you want more fuel, easiest way is FMU, you could always convert it to megasquirt or something if you were baller. or rig up some kind of cold start injector controller
