Im installing the emanage in my EM2 and I have the main harness installed. But once I installed it I know I have to update the main unit on the support tool. Well my active LED is changeing colors over and over from green to yellow to red. But when I try to update it, it either says corresponding and stays there. or it will begin to update but after 27 sec it will say that the update failed. The support tool shows that the unit is online. any ideas?

My guess is no.

Hopefully someone will come along to help you that knows something about emanage. But your probably going to get few good responses from a DIY type of site like HMT.
