no offense, but nobody in their right mind would ever pay that much for a d16a6 shortblock. Reguardless if it was built or not.

why not use that on the streets ?? lol your talking like its a all out drag sohc ... i would believe it had some more work done..for starters .. your the first drag car ive seen with a stock crank ... ive seen fully built gsr's boosting 30 psi on the streets www.teamrice.com street driven civic that runs mid tens .....

How much was the "Higher powered oil pump"? 
Unless you forgot to mention it, you also didn't list anything about the bearings or the clearances, or what brand the pistons are.
I'd say that motor will sell for about $1200 when you find the right buyer

As I said in the auction, I'm waiting for the ****** who built it to send me the final receipt.
These were not cheap parts, I only paid DH for the labor.
But I gurantee unlike most of the cheap ---- the shops you see HMT users using, this thing would blow the crap out of them in durability.
But I forgot, this forum is for wanna-be drag racers.
