I am having trouble figuring out my oil return line. I welded a fitting as low as i could on the oil pan without it being below the oil level and the turbo is only about an inch maybe above the oil return fitting. How do i get this line to flow properly?

As long as it is actualy above it, you should be fine. Gravity will force it down.
