wastegate troubles

i have the cheap ssauto "tial" wastegate im gunna be running a ebc i use the top nipple right??....do i leave the bottom one unused..or does it go somewhere

Bottum is unused.

ummmmmmm, no, both are used for an ebc, just bottom is used for mbc (supposedly, i used both and had better spool time)
