It's winter, the car is parked, so I want to play a little

1: I am making an intercooler, what size should I do on a 90 Hatch
6" or 5"
I can cut the bumper a little(not too much, I like the idea of having some crash safety)
If I can go bigger I will

2: Would a T3 Super 60 be to big for a ZC?
If not What did they all come on? T-Birds right?
If So what would be a worthwhile upgrade for the ZC from a 14b. I like the fast spool on the zc and top end boost so I don't want to loose to much of that!

 

just buy a jrc 8 inch.. 215 shipped. but if you make one, do a six inch.

a super60 is a gret turbo for what your looking for, i would personally go bigger like a t3/to4b 48/60 57 trim hog..

 

Ya, I gonna do it up myself with core I got from my bro-in-law. I will be free if I mig weld it at work(some of the guys there will make it look pretty good) or for 20-30 if I get my neighbor to tig it for that extra bling.
