Default block off flange

Where would I get a block off flange for any type of turbo, whether it be a T3 or 18G? Iknow there's no universal type, but I was just wondering where I would go to buy it. Thanks.

You can just make one if have a saw and a grinder wheel and some good drill bits. If not, then like he said, just look around here.
