first off, the vehicle:

96 civic dx, auto

i was driving and just suddenly it felt like it was in neutral, changed it P,R,N,D,3,2 and the car will not move. So yeah, it's stuck in neutral? I shut off the car and crank it back up. Sometimes it will shift fine but only lasts for a few seconds and go back to being a hoe.

Just wondering if anyone have experienced this thing with any AUTOMATIC vehicles and what you did to get running temporarily. I'll need to drive it 5 miles to finally convert that bitch to manual. So far I heard that Sawdust is a good temp. fix.

 

maybe its time for a tranny screen and a fluid change...
