hey my question is will a intake air temp sensor work from ne honda

i have a b16 andi am throwing that code so i am guessing mine is bad well my buddy has an old prelude motor laying in his backyear so i was thinkign about maybe taking that sensor.. or goign to the junkyard but it is always easier to find d series motors at wrecking yards.. so will ne of those work or do i need a b16 one

 

I would imagine as long as it's the same OBD and it plugs in, it would work, but that's just my guess.

it doesnt even matter if its from the same obd.. im not sure which prelude motor your talking about, might have a different one.. but a civic or crx hatch sensor should do

 

ya the old prelude didn't even have one. but i am gonna go to the junkyard and take one off of a crx or sumthing
cuase i think that it will work from d series to b series..
