Yeah it is. Some f**k shiznuts false advertizer screwed me over on ebay. Punk stated that it was a Garrett in his auction and it was last bidding so i couldn't ask any q's about it. Then he wouldn't give me a refund so I'm stuck with it. I wanted a Garrett but got stuck with this one so I WAS going to just use it. Heard one good and bad experience bout this turbo and don't know if i really want to deal with it. Can you guys also give me some more feed back on this turbo too. I can then really decided if I'll give this a try if no one buys it.

 

Due to the fact that those turbo's have a failure rate of 110% of the time, I'm gonna have to ask you to ebay that thing. None of our members deserve that crap.
