my "new dsm"....

bought it yesterday, 3g's....
1990 talon tsi awd
has a 6 bolt cyclone 4g63t with a td04 turbo(for now, getting replaced by a 14b next chance i get)

i still have the civic and just depends on whether or not this guy im talking to buys it or not...if he does hes got it, if he doesnt im keeping it...

whatcha guys think?

Pretty sweet. It's cool to see another turbo project thats not a Honda. I don't think I've seen too many DSM's on here. Good luck and keep us updated as to what you have cooking under that hood

I thought all Manual 1G's came with a 14B, why would they put a smaller turbo on the AWD?

Looks nice man, the Talon TSi AWD Turbo is hands down my favorite DSM.

the reason it's got a TDO4 turbo in it is probably because that is a JDM motor that had been swaped into that car that came out of an automaitc car in Japan...

nice TSi. thas a pretty good deal for just 3g's. That engine bay does have alot of ---- in it though

close....youre right they did come out of the automatic motors....but this was a manual swap, thought it had 450's but after speaking with george of twisted tuning here in georgia it has 510 injectors...and the 13g was all the guy had to put on it at the time since he took the turbo that came off of the motor when he bought it and put it on his mirage...but he gave me a brand new polished 14b..."bling bling"
