Default H22 management?

One of my close friends, actually more of a friend of a friend, but a close friend none the less. Anyway he was planning on turbocharging his H22 but he dont know what to use for fuel management. I think he plans on using DSM 450's but beyond that he's clueless. Anyone wanna help me help him out?
