Just wondering at the power outputs you guys were getting with your D16 (mainlly ZC) setups.

Also I know this is a vauge sort of question but i'm curious. I have a D16ZC which has been completely rebuilt. Any part which was out side manufacturer spec was changed as well as running a 11lb flywheel and completely balanced bottom end. The HG is going to get replaced with a uprated one as well as ARP head bolts. The compression ratio is aproximately 9.5:1. I will be using an SAFC-II along with prelude 345cc injectors.

My question is aproximately how much power can you obtain on such a setup running at 8psi (intercooled)?

What kind of rods?

Forged or cast pistons?

Lots of stock (internals) ZC's are getting 160-190ish to the wheels

7-10psi.

I'am going for mid 300's with my built ZC...

My goal is 200hp at the flywheel, then when i get bored dump the setup for a fully build B16 t urbo set up

Many people get 200 at the flywheel with a zc?
