Well, I was wondering if anyone tried any steroids alternative? Well, I've been working out for quite a while now and i've havent seen much growth in muscle. So I just wanted to try out steroids. But i heard about the side effects and stuff. Just wondering if anyone here tried steroids or anything like that? I eat alot but due to my high metabolism I cant get big. I only ------- weigh 140lbs. if you're working out everyday you won't get much bigger, you have to give your body time to rebuild after you tear it up from lifting. take a week or 2 off then get back into it, you should see some improvement, if not ---- it, I just wasted a week or 2 of your life.

 

there is no alternative, get the real deal, and ---- make sure you eat at least 1.5 grams of protein a day per pound of body weight, and make sure you take in plenty of carbs. i can help you out with what u need ...also
