Get you some M1T from bodybuilding.com if your looking for an alternative. Its still legal but pretty lethal. However, hotrex is right, there is really no alternative. Take in at least 17 caleries per pound and 1.5 to 2.0 grams of protein per pound. Plenty of carbs as well. This will help you gain weight. Eat several meals a day, at lest 6 or 7, but make them small. Healthy food, not ----. Chicken breast, peanut butter, cottage cheese and most important: tuna fish, like two cans a day in your diet.
