What turbo to pic?

Ok,
I have a 93 b18a1 and want to get a T3 turbo for it from a car in the junkyard. However I do not know what car would be the best to get one from. I want to eventually get to 300whp.

T-bird/Meurker/Mustang SVO T-3 Turbo its a very large T3.. in fact one of the largest I know of.

I think they came in 2 differnet models. the .63 and the .48 go with the largest you can.
