Don't know if this has been pointed out before or not, but here goes anyways.

This guy is selling thunderrev software or soemthing like that but clearly shows a picture of turbo edit and states this isn't copyright infringment.

 

it dose say Uberdata,Turboedit are not included

 

How the hell is this not copyright infringement?

Is turbedit copyrighted? If so Jason can go after him because he used it in his advertising without consent.

 

Go searching for every BIN he will be giving you(as long as he isn't lying about them...tell me how long it takes you to find them. Divide that $25 by the # of hours it took you and tell me if you think "thats alot."

It does **** me off that he uses the names of Jason's and Blake's software but I know nothing about these copyright infringement laws.
