Default Question about welding end tanks

Hey guys, I got myself an audi intercooler. It has an aluminum core and plastic end tanks.
I am not really sure how this re-welding of end tanks things work. Where would I get it done. Radiator repair shop? or just anyone that can weld aluminum.
Just go in there and ask them to make me alum end tanks?

Hey, I can weld your end tanks for you if you need help. That sort of work can be hard to get done on a one off basis. Most welders and fab shops dont want to mess around with just one part unless you are willing to pay big bucks. Just E mail me the mesurements you need and the inlet and outlet sizes, I will give you a price. customcoach@comcast.net
